The IMARIS 9.7 package will soon be available at the CoB for image analysis and processing. The package gives access to visualization of complex 3D and 4D datasets, smart detection of objects, tracking and lineage, time series, multi-channel processing, and many other features. Funding has been obtained via a Wellcome Trust – Institutional Strategic Support Fund (ISSF) application led by Dr Juan Varela and the CoB Management Group. The package contains the following features:
