Overview

We want our School to be a supportive working environment in which all members of staff (academic, teaching, research, administrative and technical) and students reach their full potential. The School of Biology operates under the University’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy. We review School policies and consult with everyone working within the school in order to improve transparency and fairness at all stages of a career.

If you have suggestions for our School action plan, please contact one of the committee members, or send an email to eqdivcom@st-andrews.ac.uk.

A Careers bookmark was developed by the E&D committee which offers resources for students studying biology.
